Positive Physical Performance was founded in an effort to create a collaborative pathway for improving your fitness through remote, individualized coaching.
Dr. Jake Halpern, PT, DPT, CSCS will provide you with a customized exercise program based on your goals whether they be general fitness, strength, conditioning, or all of the above.
If you already have a coach but would like a consultation to collaboratively address some nagging aches and pains Positive Physical Performance’s rehab training consultation service has you covered.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Positive Physical Performance is for already independent fitness enthusiasts who feel comfortable following a program that utilizes typical exercise notation and pre-recorded video demonstrations. Remote coaching gives us the ability to operate on our own schedules and communicate with ease through online messaging.
Meanwhile, consultation services provide the option to continue with your current coach while addressing any reoccurring musculoskeletal pain that has been keeping you from achieving your full potential.
COACHING PACKAGES
Monthly (4-Week) Remote Fitness Coaching
Price: 150$ paid in full prior to start date
Weekly exercise programming
Messaging through online platform in which exercise programming is administered with 24-72 hour response times
Weekly lifting video review by coach with feedback as requested
Optional once a month 15 minute video call for in depth review or to answer training questions
Three Month (12-Week) Remote Fitness Coaching
Price: 400$ paid in full prior to start date
Weekly exercise programming
Messaging through online platform in which exercise programming is administered with 24-72 hour response times
Weekly lifting video review by coach with feedback as requested
Optional once a month 15 minute video call for in depth review or to answer training questions
Over a 10% discount month compared to 4-week coaching option
Rehab Training Virtual Consultation (60-90 Minutes)
Price: 250$ paid in full prior to consultation
A comprehensive review of all training, personal, and medical history
Video evaluation of lifting technique prior to session
Live movement analysis by request with individualized recommendations including training program modifications, alternative exercises, exercise progressions, and program modifications
